Disclaimer to Sellers: Please be careful responding to
inquires about your ads, as there are numerous scams running
on the Internet. Any response that impersonally "form letters"
the title of your ad, (especially from locations that don't
have snow or from overseas) are probably fake. Anyone
that wants to purchase your item outright without asking any
questions about it's condition or your terms, clearly isn't a
legitimate buyer. There is also a well known con where the
"buyer" offers to send you a check for more than the amount
that you're asking and you're supposed to mail or wire back
the difference. The check you receive will ultimately bounce
and your money sent out is long gone. Be smart - if it's too
good to be true, it's probably a scam. RLSC
